Position: Sous Chef
Location: Munich
Salary: €4000 - €4200 per month
We have an exciting new opportunity with a prestigious luxury hotel chain located in the heart of Munich.
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to work alongside the Executive Chef in maintaining high culinary standards.
This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about innovation and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure presentation standards are in line with current market trends.
- Prepare mise en place meticulously for each shift.
- Oversee timely and high-quality food preparation.
- Manage kitchen service, monitor metrics, and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team on menu changes.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to the kitchen team, providing training as needed.
- Maintain grooming and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen budgets, control stock, and minimize food waste.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Food handler's certificate or food safety certification.
