Position: Sous Chef

Location: Munich

Salary: €4000 - €4200 per month

We have an exciting new opportunity with a prestigious luxury hotel chain located in the heart of Munich.

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to work alongside the Executive Chef in maintaining high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure presentation standards are in line with current market trends.
  • Prepare mise en place meticulously for each shift.
  • Oversee timely and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage kitchen service, monitor metrics, and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team on menu changes.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to the kitchen team, providing training as needed.
  • Maintain grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Manage kitchen budgets, control stock, and minimize food waste.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

  • Food handler's certificate or food safety certification.
