Ferla Bikes is an innovative leader in the e-bike industry, dedicated to designing and selling high-quality cargo bikes, vending bikes, and carts.
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and costeffective management of resources.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the product development team to streamline production processes.
Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, and event marketing.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and brand messages to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget and measure ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Lead and develop the marketing team to achieve marketing goals.
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and initiatives.
- Monitor operational and marketing performance against objectives and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify costsaving and revenuegenerating opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in operations and marketing, preferably in the ebike or related industry.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a team towards common goals.
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven decisionmaking capability.
