Position Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:


  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and costeffective management of resources.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with the product development team to streamline production processes.

Marketing Leadership:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, and event marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and brand messages to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the marketing budget and measure ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team to achieve marketing goals.

Strategic Planning and Analysis:


  • Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Monitor operational and marketing performance against objectives and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify costsaving and revenuegenerating opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in operations and marketing, preferably in the ebike or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a team towards common goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven decisionmaking capability.
