Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the operational management of our construction sites, which you will primarily carry out on site
  • You will work in a team of senior construction managers, construction merchants, and foremen on challenging construction projects
  • You will realize both new buildings and renovation and modernization projects
  • Planning deadlines and coordinating subcontractor services will be a major focus of your work
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring execution as part of quality assurance
  • Your work will be completed by cost and budget control together with the project team

Your profile

  • You have a degree in civil engineering or industrial engineering.
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in construction management
  • You have a high level of social competence and are willing to take on responsibility
  • These qualities enable you to find economic solutions and implement them on the construction site when dealing with clients and subcontractors
