To strengthen our team at our location in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a

Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

You are a true organizational talent and love to structure your tasks. You are characterized by your sense of duty and high reliability and are an absolute team player.

Your tasks:

  • Maintaining CRM system
  • Creating benchmark calculations (in coordination)
  • Creating presentations
  • Support in event planning and customer communication
  • Coordination of print products for events
  • Researching new products, event services, locations, tourism facilities, etc.
  • Assisting and supporting in sales and acquisition tasks
  • Supporting in administrative sales activities

You are:

  • Have a degree in sales/event management or a completed apprenticeship in the hotel, trade fair or event industry
  • Have experience in planning and organizing events to advance in your career (opportunities for advancement are possible)
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office)
  • You work independently,
