Framer Responsibilities:

• Assist with wood framing construction, including assembling and installing structural components
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete construction tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements
• Restore and renovate existing structures
• Collaborate with construction management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Finisher Responsibilities:

• Assist with wood framing construction, including assembling and installing structural components
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete construction tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements
• Restore and renovate existing structures
• Collaborate with construction management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Hang interior doors
• Trim doors and windows
• Install base and casing
• Install door hardware
• Install stair components
• Install closet shelving

Requirements:

• Previous experience in heavy lifting and manual labor within a construction setting
• Proficiency in operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Knowledge of various roofing systems and installation method
• Previous experience in restoring and renovating structures is preferred

Must pass a drug screen to qualify for employment.

Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
