    Responsibilities

    As an LPN working in Home Health, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch patient care and providing technical expertise in the comfort of the patient's home.

    You will offer services within the scope of practice outlined by state regulations, following the care plan and collaborating with other healthcare team members.

    Your role includes observing and reporting the patient's response to treatment and any changes in their condition to the supervising nurse or physician on a daily basis.


    Education and Experience

    Requirements include a valid LPN license in the state of practice, a current Driver's License, active vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation. CPR Certification is also a must.
