    Description
    We are a brunch.

    Our mission is We are a brand new Brunch resturant that opened in the the area of Stone Oak, off of 1604 and Redland rd.

    We serve breakfast and lunch Wednesday thru Sunday. We strive for good quality food and being different that the competition. We do themed brunch holidays and events.

    We are looking for an open minded team player that is looking for part time but open to full time as we get busier.

    We are seeking a new Chef to join our team.

    Your role will be to Head chef will be in charge of the cooking line, organizing prep and food ordering.

    As a member of the back of the house department, you will work with expo, fry cook, prep cook, food runners and report to our owner.


    What You Will Do:
    organized Check quality of foods or supplies. Monitor activities of individuals to ensure safety or compliance with rules. Coordinate timing of food production activities. Coordinate activities of food service staff. Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client companies. Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.


    What You Will Bring:
    Our ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Food Preparation Culinary Management Kitchen Management Organization Breakfast Menu Writing Why You'll
