Job Description:
As the Building Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's premises.
Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinating with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair projects.
- Managing the budget for building maintenance expenses and identifying costsaving opportunities.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for facility maintenance.
- Be on call to respond to emergency maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building maintenance management, preferably in a dealership or automotive environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to building maintenance.
