Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products or services effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and compelling marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, and promotional videos.
  • Manage social media accounts and online communities, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and monitoring brand mentions and discussions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Support the sales team by providing them with marketing materials, customer insights, and lead generation support to drive sales growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, sharing knowledge and recommendations with the team.
  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing budgets, tracking expenses and reporting on ROI for various marketing initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for marketing with a solid understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing or related fields is a plus.
