We are excited to welcome a passionate and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our team.

Location:12110 Huffmeister Rd, Cypress, TX 77429

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Salary Range:
$78,000 - $90,000 annually

Sign-on/ Relocation Bonus: $5,000.00

As a BCBA at Spectrum of Home, you will be at the forefront of transforming the lives of adolescents through ABA therapy.

Your role will be pivotal in fostering their growth, development, and progress in a meaningful way.

Here is what the job entails:

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities as a BCBA include conducting functional behavior assessments and crafting customized ABA treatment plans. You will actively deliver ABA therapy, ensuring meticulous data collection and continuous progress monitoring.

Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborating closely with families and caregivers to facilitate clear communication and effective therapy outcomes.

Staying updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy is an essential part of the role.
