Description

At Sioux City, our focus is on wholesale and food trade, and our apprenticeships primarily take place in the administrative departments of our wholesale branches.

Of course, you will also get to know the warehouse and field sales, as we want you to gain an understanding of how goods are delivered from the industry to our customers (to everyone's satisfaction).

You will notice that the more diverse your training experience is, the more you will understand the interplay between different departments and the more responsibility you can gradually take on.

Our wholesale apprenticeship program is offered in all of our branches.

Training content includes:

Getting to know all departments of the company such as purchasing, marketing/sales, accounting, and IT
Active participation and training in each department

Training duration:
* 3 years, with the possibility of shortening the training period to 2.5 years

Start of training: Requirements:
For the branches in Kiel, Luebeck, Hamburg, Neubrandenburg, Zorbau, and Zusmarshausen: Secondary school diploma
For the branches in Essen, Weeze, and Woellstein: Higher commercial school, technical college entrance qualification, or university entrance qualification

Mathematical understanding/commercial calculations
