Here are your responsibilities as a Process Engineer

  • Analyze and evaluate existing processes and identify areas for optimization
  • Develop and implement measures to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Implement Lean methods and continuous improvement processes (CIP)
  • Conduct process audits and create optimization reports
  • Train and support employees in implementing new process standards

Here's what you need to succeed as a Process Engineer

  • Completed degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • Professional experience in process optimization or process management
  • Knowledge of Lean management is a plus
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
  • Independent and structured work style, as well as high resilience
