KX Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to lead the Materials Compliance Database Project.

Job Requirements

  • Organize and evaluate material compliance documentation
  • Partner with purchasing to ensure material compliance requirements are met
  • Partner with EHS to ensure maintenance of updated MSDSs
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain updated compliance documentation
  • Audit material compliance for all parts
  • Support building compliance database
  • Other duties as needed
Professional and Technical Skill Requirements

Must Haves

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Change Management and Document Control
  • Bachelor's degree, technical field preferred
Would Like To Haves

  • Knowledge of Access Database, Epicor, or other database
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, drinking water treatment technology regulations and standards
