Job Overview:

We have been experiencing explosive growth in the Southeast Houston area of Pearland, Friendswood, League City, Webster, Manvel and beyond.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our team.


NOTE:
If you're an early riser, AND reliable and motivated, even better

You will be responsible for maintaining and pools, ensuring the water chemistry is proper, as well as thorough cleaning and checking equipment.

After the training period, you will be given a route, and pay is per pool. So, the more pools you can do correctly, the more money you can make. This is a hands-on role that requires industry knowledge and the ability to use various tools and equipment. If you are good at fixing things... even better


Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Test water quality and adjust chemical levels as needed
• Inspect pool equipment for any issues or malfunctions
• Thorough cleaning with brush and Hammerhead vacuum
• Identify problems to alert manager so they can be fixed
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Pool Technician or similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of pool maintenance techniques
• Proficient in using pool tools
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Detailoriented with a focus on quality
• Strong communication skills and patience

Note:
A valid driver's license is required for this position, as you will be driving our company vehicle. You must have transportation to get to the job in the morning.

Training Pay is $13/hr. Once you are able to get out and do your own route, our starting rate is $15/per pool. A good pool technician can do pools per day. We will make a route tight for you, so that you will not waste time.

We also give opportunities to make more, as we often have drains, acid washes, repairs and other tasks that require extra hands.

We offer a referral bonus for new customers that you bring on.

We do not service above ground pools, only in-ground pools.
