Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Carver to join our team. The Meat Carver will be responsible for carving and serving meats to customers in a professional and efficient manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Carve and slice meats according to customer preferences and portion sizes
  • Maintain a clean and organized carving station
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Assist in kitchen duties as needed
  • Handle food with proper safety and sanitation practices
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
  • Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers
  • Basic math skills for portioning and sales transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to handle and prepare food safely and efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and help in various areas of the restaurant as needed

$ $18.50 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

  • Charlottesville, VA 22911: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
