Production Master (m/f/d) - Focus on Concrete Processing

Your responsibilities include, among others:


  • Planning and controlling production processes in the area of precast concrete elements using personnel and mechanical resources (personnel deployment planning, vacation planning, etc.)
  • Leadership and motivation of employees
  • Ensuring open communication and constructive cooperation
  • Coordination with production control regarding the production schedule
  • Ensuring timely and quality production
  • Support in continuous improvement and optimization of process flows
  • Control of product quality in accordance with customer specifications
  • Support in maintenance and upkeep of the machine park
  • Consideration and compliance with all operational safety and accident prevention regulations
