    Description
    This position is a full-time administrative role and reports to the Director of Enrollment Services.

    They serve as the enrollment team lead in enrollment services and manage the enrollment teams, student communication campaigns, and student journey.

    Essential duties and responsibilities include monitoring student enrollment through each stage of the student journey while providing, analyzing, and maintaining student data; implementing strategies to increase new student enrollment and retention; managing and assisting with student communication campaigns; serving as the front door to the institution and assisting with high-priority external events, communications, and other engagement efforts; serving as concierge for the Student Services Center by providing a welcoming, informative experience for students and guests including evening coverage.

    and assisting with the implementation of the college-wide recruitment plan and strategic enrollment management projects.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's Degree required and at least 1 year of formal training and experience using student information systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. This experience should demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above duties.
    • Excellent customer service and communications skills.
