The
Talent Acquisition Specialist
is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with the organization's strategic goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support the company's growth through effective talent strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (requisition intake to offer acceptance)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria
- Develop and post job descriptions across appropriate sourcing channels
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes.
- Guide hiring managers on interview best practices and structured interviewing
- Manage offer preparation, salary benchmarking, and negotiation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire etc)
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
- Participate in workforce planning and succession planning discussions
- Support the HR Director with various HR initiatives and administrative tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with ATS systems (Dayforce) and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing industry.
