The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support the company's growth through effective talent strategies.
What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruitment (requisition intake to offer acceptance)
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria
Develop and post job descriptions across appropriate sourcing channels
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes.
Guide hiring managers on interview best practices and structured interviewing
Manage offer preparation, salary benchmarking, and negotiation
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire etc)
Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
Participate in workforce planning and succession planning discussions
Support the HR Director with various HR initiatives and administrative tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Experience with ATS systems (Dayforce) and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
Experience recruiting in manufacturing industry.
