Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant who can drive and align with the company's vision, spearhead marketing initiatives, and collaborate closely with the owner.

This role involves leading marketing meetings, crafting strategies, and dedicating one day a week to filming activities.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will coordinate with all staff members to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, dedicating 30-40 hours per week to the role.

Responsibilities:

Lead marketing meetings and develop comprehensive strategies in line with the company's vision.
Collaborate closely with the owner, providing insights and direction for marketing endeavors.
Coordinate with all staff members to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong social media presence through engaging content creation and management.
Execute media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Book events and oversee event marketing activities.
Focus on creating compelling social media posts to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Take initiative in identifying new opportunities and implementing innovative marketing tactics.
Utilize managerial experience to mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
Embrace a hybrid work model, balancing online and inperson responsibilities effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a similar industry.
A strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Proficiency in social media marketing platforms and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, taking ownership of projects.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
A proactive mindset with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.
Willingness to dedicate one day per week to filming activities as part of marketing efforts.
