Overview:
Duties:
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
- Conduct account reconciliation to resolve discrepancies
- Utilize knowledge of revenue cycle management to facilitate debt recovery
- Collaborate with internal teams on accounts payable matters
Requirements:
- Proven experience in debt collection or related field
- Familiarity with financial concepts and practices
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques for debt recovery
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
