    Aligned Tek, a reputable Managed Service Provider (MSP), is in search of a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. Our MSP provides a comprehensive range of IT solutions and services to businesses, empowering them to streamline operations, enhance security measures, and achieve their objectives.     Role Overview:
    As a Sales Development Representative for our MSP, you will play a vital role in the sales process, focusing on generating and qualifying leads to support the expansion of our client base. Your main responsibilities will include initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their requirements and challenges, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead transitions and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation: Actively identify and discover new sales leads through various channels, such as research, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
    • Qualifying Prospects: Engage in meaningful discussions with potential clients to determine their business goals, challenges, and IT needs, effectively assessing leads for further follow-up.
    • Appointment Setting: Arrange appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives, maintaining a consistent flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
    • CRM Management: Accurately document and maintain lead information, interactions, and progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to convincingly convey the value of our MSP services to prospects.
    • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team, exchanging valuable insights and feedback to enhance the sales process and overall business approach.
    • Sales Metrics and Reporting: Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to evaluate individual and team performance, aiding in refining strategies for ongoing improvement.
    • Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of our MSP's service offerings, advancements in the IT sector, and sales methodologies to stay competitive and contribute to business expansion.
    Requirements:
    • Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in a sales development or inside sales position, preferably within the IT industry or technology-related services.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain intricate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on customer service, actively listening to prospects' needs, and proposing tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives.
    • Result-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and quotas.
    • Organizational Skills: Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring prompt follow-ups and consistent lead nurturing.
    • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
    • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other managed services is advantageous.
    • Persistence: Persistent and resolute in pursuing leads and overcoming objections to achieve sales objectives.
    • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
