Position Summary:

The Analytics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Chief Analytics Officer and Analytics Department Directors in maximizing the impact of their work and the professional operations of the department.

This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Submit invoices and reimbursement requests, ensuring timely payment to all parties involved;
  • Manage the department's Asana dashboards and Google Drive instances, with the intent to add efficiency to the department workflow;
  • Manage the calendar of the Chief Analytics Officer, and other Directors as needed, and collaborate with other departments to make a streamlined structure that allows for flexible scheduling;
  • Support the Chief Analytics Officer, and Directors, in drafting memos, presentations, and slide decks as needed;
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:


  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written and spoken communication;
  • Excellent organizational skills that are adaptable and applicable to the styles and needs of Analytics Department leadership;
  • Readiness to support a culture of excellent work and kind, thoughtful collaboration;
  • Proactive workstyle and the ability to anticipate the needs of the department, and the demands of external stakeholders;
  • Comfortable working with new platforms and apps, though no advanced tech experience is required;
  • Discreet and professional conduct, as they will sit in on many confidential meetings and conversations in a supportive capacity;
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic team and collaborate with many partners across the DCCC and the Democratic/progressive ecosystem;
  • Working familiarity with the Democratic campaign ecosystem;
  • Appreciated, but not required: familiarity with Democratic analytics, polling, or modeling;
  • Commitment to electing Democrats and reclaiming the House majority;
  • Proactively fosters an inclusive atmosphere and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Ability to demonstrate multicultural competence the awareness, knowledge and skills needed to work with others who are culturally different from self in meaningful, relevant and productive ways
