C1 Transportation is looking to fill a positions of professional Reefer Dispatcher


We are a fast-growing trucking company and we're currently seeking a highly organized and experienced dispatcher to join our team.


As a Reefer
Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of oversize and Dry and Temp controlled loads across the country, ensuring that our clients' cargo arrives safely and on time.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the movement of Reefer, including obtaining Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain frequent communication with drivers to ensure that they are operating safely and within compliance regulations.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide timely updates on load status and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments, including operations and maintenance, to ensure that equipment is available and maintained in good condition.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize loads to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and drivers.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatching 53" Reefer

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements for heavy transportation.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS).
