Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when interacting with customers
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to think critically
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers
