Customer Service Representative B2B in the back office (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers, handle contract processing, accompany risk analysis and provide complete support
  • You make recommendations and keep an eye on potential damages even before the contract is concluded. And if something does happen, you handle the claim for your customers.
  • You communicate professionally with our industrial clients as well as with our partners, the insurance companies

Your qualifications:

  • Training as an insurance and finance clerk, insurance salesman, possibly further training as an insurance specialist or business economist or a degree in business administration
  • Negotiation skills and communication talent
  • Customer orientation
