Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders and returns efficiently
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Knowing our product to explain to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintainign a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards custmers at all times
Experience/ Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service (2 years)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with analyzing customer data and feedback for continuous improvement
- Must be able to work saturdays when needed
- Must be willing to sit for long periods of time
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school Diploma or GED preffered
Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
