To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Legal Expert (m/f/d) with a background in law or business law to join us as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating contract templates and providing them to internal departments
  • Implementing legal changes to existing contract templates
  • Reviewing customer contracts and making necessary changes (proposing amendments to customers)
  • Seeking external legal advice for complex legal questions
  • Supporting contract negotiations (e.g. advising on negotiation strategies, risk assessments)
  • Annual reporting to authorities according to LkSG (BAFA) and in the future CSRD in cooperation with the Sustainability Management department
  • Responsibility for further development and acting as deputy compliance officer
  • Providing legal support to the purchasing
