Purpose:

Responsible for the achievement of the location business plan objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders (owners, customers, and employees).

Provides leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical and financial resources for the location. Optimizes the profitable growth of the business,, and the satisfaction of customers.


Essential Duties (including, but not limited to):

• Collaborate with the Corporate Managers and Sales department to maintain positive relationships with all existing and new customers, including resolving escalating customer issues. Examine the level of equipment to determine if there are any shortages.
• Supports Corporate managers in implementing changes in any department within the location
• Collaborates with the Fleet and Facilities manager to oversee facility and property maintenance, security, and professional appearance
• Collaborates with the Fleet and Facilities manager on trucking scheduling
• Ensures the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events.
• Work with the Whole Goods and Sales department to eliminate Aged Whole Good's inventories
• Assist/Manage the documentation of daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
• Evaluate new inventory to ensure it's ready for shipment
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
• Review logístical functions and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain and review records of equipment/Parts purchased, costs, deliveries, and product performance
• Monitor ordering new equipment/parts to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus
• Other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License
• 2 years' Operations or related experience required
• Military experience preferred
• Selfmotivated and willing to learn
• Takes pride in their work
• Adaptable to changing priorities
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• High Level of integrity
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, and forecasting t
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communications and leadership abilities
• Forklift experience (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying
• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time

Pay:
$70,000.00 per year
