    Description
    Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Quality Control Manager
    • Norfolk, VAThe Quality Control Manager position shall be responsible for administering the Quality Control Program in accordance with customer and company requirements, applicable regulations, and contractual provisions.
    Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage the Quality Control Program.

    Implement and maintain the Quality Control process that is tailored to the contract and encompasses all facets of the operation.

    Monitor and participate in all areas of operations, including inspecting projects, service work orders, preventative maintenance and subcontractors.

    Inspect work in progress and any finished work for discrepancies in accordance with the Quality Control Program and contract requirements.

    Document and track deficiencies found during the Quality Control process and report findings to the customer. Maintain Quality Control files and the documented results of all inspections. Recommend changes to management or methods to improve workflow or techniques to enhance the quality of service provided. Perform other related duties as required.

    Position QualificationsA minimum of five (5) years' experience in facilities maintenance; or a minimum of (3) years' experience plus a Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification.

    Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations.
    OSHA 30 Hour certification.
    Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate the work requirements with various staff and subcontractors.
    The ability to prioritize, organize and work well under stress and maintain deadlines.
    The ability to work flexible hours in order to meet deadlines.
    Knowledge of acceptable workplace practices including occupational safety and health regulations.
    Excellent skills in communicating both orally and in writing with internal and external clients and co-workers. Valid state driver's license with no major infractions.

    Must be able to pass a background check as a condition of employment and obtain access to federal installations is required.
