Responsibilities:

Acquisition of new projects through systematic market development in the IT and engineering sector
Needs assessment and development of customized solutions for clients
Management and further development of key projects and clients
Negotiation of contracts and terms
Accompaniment of projects from proposal creation and order management to milestone tracking and successful completion

Requirements:

Completed technical studies, business engineering degree or trained technician (m/f/d) with a passion for sales or a comparable education
High customer and service orientation, communication
