We are Pottsalat, a climate-neutral delivery service for fresh salads and bowls located in Madison Heights, VA.

Our mission is to bring a healthy diet to as many people as possible in a simple and natural way.


As a Kitchen Staff Member:

at our location in Madison Heights, you will be the heart of Pottsalat and can support us in our mission.

You will create our delicious salad and bowl creations. Enthusiasm for healthy eating, quick hands, and attention to detail are required.


Responsibilities:

  • You prepare our ingredients and transform them into a fresh and healthy lunch
  • You maintain cleanliness and adhere to our quality standards (HACCP)
  • You are a team player and maintain a positive attitude even during busy times
  • You are responsible and work reliably

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the food industry is an advantage, but not required
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Enjoy working with fresh ingredients
  • Team spirit and reliability
  • An enthusiastic, motivated, and serviceoriented personality
  • Openness to changing tasks
  • Good knowledge of German
