We are currently seeking a Social Worker/Social Pedagogue to join our Social Services and Senior Department in Colorado City. This position is temporary and will be responsible for the following tasks:

Supporting the guardianship court in legal guardianship proceedings by assessing and evaluating situations through social reports, as well as identifying suitable guardians and conducting suitability checks
Implementing court-ordered presentation and placement measures with the assistance of law enforcement agencies for support in cases of forced measures
Providing advice on the duties, rights, and responsibilities of legal guardianship

Qualifications:

Completed degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (FH-Diploma/Bachelor)
Goal-oriented, skilled in negotiation, persuasive, resilient, organized, and flexible
Team player, helpful, and able to work independently and with attention to detail
Able to handle conflicts and de-escalate situations
Strong social and communication skills, as well as empathy for individuals in
