Description
We are looking for a commercial clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in the logistics department in Hidalgo, TX.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently managing projects to optimize the supply chain from loading to unloading
- Planning national and international land transport, including special transports
- Booking air and sea freight space
- Calculating costs and preparing offers
- Creating shipping documents in accordance with contracts and letters of credit
- Invoicing freight services and checking freight invoices
- Handling customer complaints and damage reports and initiating damage settlements
- Communicating with employees, customers, suppliers, authorities, and service providers
Your profile:
- Commercial education
- First experience in logistics or foreign trade
- High level of independence, results orientation, and analytical and conceptual thinking
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably ALPHAPLAN
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Atlas and customs processing
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
