Responsibilities:

The E/E Standards and New Technologies department is part of the Quality Management Directorate at the Electrical/Electronic Integration Center (QM/EE).

The department's mission is to make the increasing complexity of E/E manageable for production and to realize the opportunities of digitization for the testing and commissioning of vehicles.

As part of the "Remote Cloud Testing" project, we are developing, planning, and designing the testing system of the future, which will bring the new generation of vehicles to the road with efficient processes and state-of-the-art technologies.

In this role, you would support project management in the areas of strategic project communication and traditional project management.

This includes traditional project management tasks such as coordinating planning and controlling issues, as well as implementing communication measures, including organizing events, workshops, setting up newsletters, and developing the intranet presence, including reporting.

These challenges await you:

Participation in the conception, planning, organization, and execution of events, project presentations, and workshops
Further development and content maintenance of the intranet presence
Participation in the planning and development of the project communication strategy for various internal target groups and the implementation of communication measures
Creating and writing creative editorial video, image, and text contributions
Implementation of traditional project management methods, such as work package, time, and cost planning, as well as preparation, implementation, and followup of agile and creative idea generation and problemsolving measures
