HQA Job Overview:
We are seeking detail
-oriented trainees to learn skills in wire spooling, wire joining and inspection and packaging.

-20 years.


Some of the Duties:

• Operate equipment to package products efficiently
• Assemble and make components using jigs and fixtures.
• Ensure all packaging meets company quality standards
• Monitor product quality and make simple machine adjustments.
• Perform regular cleaning of equipment and facility areas.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain accurate production records.

Skills that you will learn:

• Preforming Level Layer Spool winding. (similar to sewing machine operations)
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with logic controllers for machinery operation.

• Ability to assemble and fabricate components accurately. (fast hand work)
• Experience working in a light manufacturing environment.
• Inspection and packaging.

Skills Required:

• Good Hand / Eye coordination.

• Speak Spanish
• No lifting or movement restrictions. (below 35lbs)

Part time work may also be available.

$ $20.00 per hour
