Position OverviewAs a Technician at Robbins Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in our production process.
Your responsibilities will involve various tasks related to marine piling and pressure treated wood processing, inventory management, and quality control.

- Perform handson tasks in their assigned department.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
- Implement Quality Control measures to prevent damage and minimize waste during the production process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
As a Technician, you may work in different departments within our facility.
Here are the key departments:
- Yard: Responsible for sorting, banding, and staging product for shipment.
- Kiln: Manages the drying process.
- Boiler: Maintain the operation of the boiler.
- Pole and Post: Specializes in production of poles and post through the debarking and peeling processes.
- Treating: Application of the pressure treating process in line with all compliance standards.
- Reclass: Modify existing inventory based on special order and sales needs.
