Your Responsibilities:


  • As a financial accountant (m/f/d), you are responsible for the financial accounting of various holding companies and smaller companies
  • You also support the shareholder family in the family office with private bookings and in preparing mandates
  • You work closely with the finance, tax, and controlling departments in the family office
  • You are responsible for payment transactions and manage account authorizations
  • You are responsible for filing in the finance and tax areas

Your Profile:


  • You have a commercial or taxrelated vocational training with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have experience working with other accountants, tax consultants, auditors, and bank representatives in Germany and abroad
  • Knowledge of DATEV is desired, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • In addition to your expertise, you have a handson mentality
  • You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach, as well as basic knowledge of project management
  • Your work style is characterized by reliability and independent work. You find pragmatic solutions and communicate proactively
  • You are a reliable team player who thinks and works across processes
