*Your tasks:
  • Telephone customer support
  • Consultation on our mobile and DSL products and other services
  • Acceptance and processing of new contracts
  • Maintenance of customer and contract data
  • Expansion and maintenance of the customer base
*What you bring:
  • Enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
