*Your tasks:- Telephone customer support
- Consultation on our mobile and DSL products and other services
- Acceptance and processing of new contracts
- Maintenance of customer and contract data
- Expansion and maintenance of the customer base
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Strong communication skills
- Good PC knowledge
- Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
