Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading the Supply Chain Management department in Dalmatia, PA
  • Planning and designing production processes and material flows across the entire value chain
  • Ensuring cost efficiency and stability of the supply chain, as well as uninterrupted material supply during fluctuating demand
  • Leading SCM projects and implementing improvements, with a focus on utilizing digitalization opportunities
  • Coordinating the Sales & Operations Planning process and managing key performance indicators for the facility
  • Acting as a strong and coordinating central function between production areas and customer requirements, playing a key role in customer orientation and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Completed technical or business degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain Management at an industrial corporation, preferably in the metal industry
  • Experience in personnel and team management
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Willingness to embrace digitalization and flexibility
