- Maintain ISO and EFfCI quality management system.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective actions.
- Process sample requests paperwork.
- Coordinate and track samples requiring 3rd party quality testing.
- Maintain site's operating procedures within "Sharepoint" document management system.
- Coordinate operator certification paperwork.
- Maintain production and quality documents per ISO standards.
- Provide back-up for label processing and shipping functions.
- High school diploma
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to change.
- ISO 9001:2015 training
- 2+ years plant or plant related experience

Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Specialty ingredients G.P. business at our Kenedy, Texas location. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Quality function. This position will report to the Plant Manager.
