As a member of our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

Provide expert advice, empathy, and friendliness to our customers during consultations. Your dedication to customer service will turn pet owners into loyal DAS FUTTERHAUS customers.
Implement salespromoting measures professionally and reliably, and inform customers about our loyalty program, current promotions, and service offerings.
Ensure a pleasant and smooth checkout process at the cash register. You will also be responsible for the cash register closing.
Maintain an attractive presentation of our products, keep the store clean and organized, and ensure that shelves are fully stocked. You will also handle orders and maintain accuracy in receiving, checking, and storing products.

We are looking for individuals who:

Have a passion for animals.
Have completed a degree in retail management or a similar field. While previous experience is appreciated, it is not mandatory.
