We, Accura Personal GmbH, are currently seeking an office clerk (m/f/d) for our partner company in Frankfurt am Main, starting immediately.

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial field

Responsibilities:


  • Office organization, PC, telephone, general filing, incoming and outgoing mail, office supply management
  • Correspondence, writing offers, checking emails, composing letters in German and partially in English according to templates, following instructions and also independently
  • Application management, posting job advertisements, preselecting applicants based on interviews, scheduling appointments, sending rejections or acceptances
  • Applying for and managing ID and work permit applications for potential employees
  • Organizing or booking trainings for employees, managing qualifications
  • Ordering, distributing, and managing job tickets for employees
  • Independently creating references after consulting with management
  • Creating employment certificates for employees or requesting them through Datev
  • Independently distributing, managing, and returning work clothing, and ordering when necessary
  • Applying for, managing, and updating official permits and licenses
  • Instructing and supervising apprentices in the office
