The supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of associates in the following service areas; radiology/imaging, outpatient laboratory, same day surgery, admitting, and emergency department (24/7).


Here is what you will experience working as a Patient Access Supervisor:

  • Developing and coaching team members in skills and processes to promote quality
  • Demonstrating advanced knowledge in patient registration and insurance verification, follow up/team processes and procedures
  • Preparing, analyzing, and providing daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports on key AR metrics as assigned
  • Participating in weekly team meetings to drive performance excellence, daily rounding. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with client concerns with a sense of urgency
  • Serving as a liaison between hourly and management staff for training, quality, and general questions
  • Filling in production gaps when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in Epic and Cadence
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in revenue cycle
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $49, $63,902.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
