We are seeking to hire an accountant to process the day to day financial tasks for multiple clients.

To do well in this role you should have 2 years of experience as an accountant, be familiar with navigating QuickBooks Online and be a team player with exceptional communication skills.

We are seeking to hire an accounting professional to add to our team of dedicated small-business accountants.

Our firm serves as "out-of-house" accountants/bookkeepers for a variety of construction, home-service, and medical companies, working closely with their staff to provide precise, timely, and transparent accounting services.

We pride ourselves on meeting deadlines without errors so that our clients can run their businesses confidently.


Accountant Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify variances and recommend corrective actions to ensure projects stay within budget
  • Prepare quarterly and yearend estimates
  • Maintain financial reports, records and general ledger accounts
  • Maintain fixed assets and associated depreciation schedules
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior client manager and client
  • Perform monthly reconciliations
  • Manage sales tax
  • Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections
  • Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements and assisting in audits
  • Processing payroll and payroll functions
  • Record day to dya financial transactions

Accountant Requirements

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably within a businessservices environment, but this could also be as an inhouse accountant or bookkeeper.
  • Associate/bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Able to prepare, review, understand and interpret a financial statement.

Pay:
$35, $50,000.00 per year
