    Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

    • 1+ years of proven experience in General Manager or Assistant General Manager roles
    • Consistency - No more than 2 job changes in the past 5 years
    • Thrives in fast-paced environments
    • Demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities
    • Hands-on management approach, leading by example
    • Proficient in financial management
    • Serve Safe certification required

    Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

    • Lead by example, actively engaging with team members
    • Uphold stringent sanitation standards
    • Recruit, onboard, and train hourly staff
    • Exceed customer service benchmarks, maintaining stellar Secret Shopper ratings
    • Exercise cost-control measures to enhance store profitability
