Unity Hospice is a family owned and operated hospice. We are looking for an outstanding Hospice Executive Director to join our team. What you will do:
- Direct, manage and be responsible for all aspects of hospice agency
- Lead and guide a diverse team of employees, including physicians, nurses, aides, social workers and chaplains, sales staff, office staff
- Meet all company goals
- Build and solidify existing relationships with referrals sources in the healthcare community
- Ensure compliance with regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
What you need to have:
- Driver's license, insurance and vehicle
- Minimum 3 years of hospice/healthcare experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Be comfortable working behind a desk
- Be comfortable working in the field
- Great leadership, managerial and communication skills

Experience:
- Hospice: 3 years (required)
- Healthcare management: 3 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 3 years (preferred)
