Job Summary:
The Mansfield Housing Authority provides housing for low income families in Mansfield and surrounding towns. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the Section 8 Coordinator and the Executive Director including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining files
  • Assist the Section 8 Coordinator with management of the program
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee benefits
  • Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
  • Cross train in all functions of the Housing Authority
  • Support annual recertification of tenants
  • Manage and update all Housing Authority forms
  • Management the waiting lists for the housing programs
  • Any other duties that may be assigned to you by the Executive Director

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree related to position
  • 25 years related work experience
  • Proficient in front desk operations and administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
  • Excellent calendar management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Work with maintenance requests and maintenance personnel
  • Document and write standard operating procedures
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products
Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

Pay:
Up to $47,000.00 per year
