Job Title:
Mainframe Developer


Job Location:
Woodland Hills, LA

We are seeking a Mainframe Developer to join us at Woodland Hills, working on a hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Handle version control using tools such as Changeman and Endeavor.
  • Configure and maintain scheduling tools like TWS and CA
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills:


  • Mainframe technologies including COBOL, VSAM, JCL, and DB2 CICS.
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Changeman and Endevor.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as TWS and CA
  • Ability to lead and run small teams optimally.
  • Prior experience in the Insurance domain is a plus.
