Job Title:
Mainframe Developer

Job Location:
Woodland Hills, LA

We are seeking a Mainframe Developer to join us at Woodland Hills, working on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Handle version control using tools such as Changeman and Endeavor.
Configure and maintain scheduling tools like TWS and CA
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills:

Mainframe technologies including COBOL, VSAM, JCL, and DB2 CICS.
Knowledge of version control tools like Changeman and Endevor.
Experience with scheduling tools such as TWS and CA
Ability to lead and run small teams optimally.
Prior experience in the Insurance domain is a plus.
