Administration Professional


The company requirements for initial employment in this position include but are not limited to an individual with exceptional attention to detail, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work in a small team environment supporting executive management and daily operations staff.

The successful individual will require flexibility to support a high-end manufacturing facility doing business globally primarily to major Aerospace customers.

Responsibilities to support the company's operations in this role will include:
1- Accounts Payable-In support of providing the CFO information to meet the company's commitments.

3- Customer Service Support

  • Interaction with the company's customer base to support order placements, contract reviews and subsequent PO modifications, deliveries, and shipping support.


4- Payroll-Provide support to bi-weekly payroll with summary of personnel timecards, approval and submittal to management for payroll service delivery.

Currently CFO manages data input to Paychex, importation of QB general ledger file and disposition of financial transaction.

6- Purchasing-Support purchasing with the company's team for various products and services that the organization requires for operations. Perform research and communication to the company's vendors in support of order placements, delivery logistics needed for proper results. Management of facility supplies for office and shop operations.

7- Production Documentation Support

  • Management of WIP, job package creation, internal QMS documents to support operations, invoices, packing slips, certificates of conformance and other various associated business processes.


8- Support Executive Management with various business process needs potentially to include customer requirements, banking, taxes, human resource requirements, all support services to PGS operations.


Experience & Work Skills Requirements

  • The position requires an individual to possess an excellent working knowledge and experience with QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office software particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • The ability to work in a small office setting as a team player is paramount.
  • Attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Educational Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma is necessary to meet the requirements of this position, degree preferable.

Pay:
Salaried commensurate with experience

Expected hours: 40+ per week

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Pay:
$1, $1,925.00 per week
